Place of calm solitude in bustling Cracow city center. Great place to relax and immerse in halotherapy. BIG PLUS for being child friendly and at the same time separating a quiet zone - I personally use both of these options depending on circumstances.

Absurdly strict visiting rules. You have to book visit in advance by phone (even if there are no other visitors or it is only semi full).Entry to the salt room only on specified time (as said in order not to disturb other visitors). You should enter the room in spare socks. Slippers are not offered.

Went to the salt cave. Generally looks good, clean, nice for kids. The dressing/change area is very small and when there are many people it is just unbearable. The cave is too warm with bad ventilation and stinks of all the people's feet. Service terrible. And there are about 20 signs about what you are supposed to do or not with the personnel running around like police officers. Very unnerving atmosphere because of that.

There are 3 different \areas\ one for kids, one for reading and one for \sleeping\. Quite relaxing

I Had a couple massages here and I'm a kind of complicated case but the staff were really knowledgeable and friendly, even had some good suggestions to help in the future! I'd really recommend, my shoulder is feeling much better too. Thanks very much for the help!
