Nice place to stay in Warsav. Big salt water pool, saunas, jacuzzi included in to room price. Very good breakfast (swedish style). Very clean. Good internet connection

The place has a potential... WASTED... Located in a beautiful park in Konstancin right across from the Tężnia, but unfortunatlly it fails to be a nice place... Unless you come here during the week, be prepared to wait in a long line to be serviced by a sassy barrista;-) Plus the pricing like downtown Warsaw. I think they changed the design and menu, but their mentality is still that of the deep communism...
I had a great time here. The breakfast was amazing! The location is excellent for walks and mamy more awesome activities.
Unfortunately this hotel is a prime example of how some businesses didn't catch up to western standards. Claiming to be a four star hotel I'd expect a high quality service, top rooms and good food. In my opinion that is not the case. The room where I stayed was dark, with stains on the carpet. The service is not friendly and supportive when asked for help. I can say that I won't visit this hotel again, not for a long stay, not for the pool, not for the SPA. I am so disappointed. And after telling the manager all she said was \sorry\. I didn't feel taken serious or well looked after. For everybody who wants to have a care free stay in Konstancin, you do not want to stay here.
I am sure if you come here as an individual for just a rest and to swim in the pool and use the spa ,- then this place is OK. But...they claim to be a conference centre too and honestly I cannot recommend them. They have a lovely location and perfect setting but the service and customer mindset is totally missing. There are many more venues around and in Warsaw who deliver great customer service- don't come here for your corporate events

This is a modern hotel located next to a natural salt spring. We had done the spring on an earlier trip (a nice thing to do in spring and summer!), and this hotel was recommended this time around. It is a full-fledged spa (with massage therapy, a pool and whirlpool tubs) with a well-appointed restaurant (on the 1st floor) and a Café at the floor level. The rooms are efficient and the shower has 2 modes (rainfall and shower telephone). The common areas have plenty of seats and views to rest the mind. We enjoyed relaxing walks in the park just off the hotel, and there are a few restaurants nearby along the walking paths with a variety of meal options. There is limited (and secured) parking on the premises.
