Is it real? I felt as if I were in Japan. The most authentic sushi in Poland, exceeding all of other sushi restaurants in Warsaw and Krakow. One more surprising fact is that the staffs are all Polish. I recommend you to try Nigiri sushi, which is the Japanese originated sushi menu. If you use counter, you can also see the chef cooking.

Finally, it happened, I visited JPN restaurant in Kielce recommended by many people. What is my opinion? For ramen (tonkatsu) I give 6 (!) points, for service 5, for sushi and lemonade, unfortunately only 3. We also did not find kids menu (for us important). Solid, really good restaurant but not as brilliant as we expected.
Not that perfect I expected but still very good! Misoshiru, tonkotsu, sushi and sashimi were fresh, great and in good price for this quality. Also very tasty green tea and lemonade.
I thought the high end sushi restaurants in Chicago were good, Sushi-Ya is beyond them, the fact the fish tasted so amazing this far inland is astonishing, the Omakase was beyond anything I've ever had. When I return to my motherland this will be the first place and last place I visit.
Definitely the best sushi place in Kielce. Relaxed atmosphere and knowledgeable personnel. They also serve ramen. Take out available although there is no English menu but I'm sure that the staff can help with the order. Reservations recommended.
Really, really good. Especially the soups they make are incredible!
This must be one of the best, if not the best, ramen around. The quality of broth is simply exceptional, especially the one with spicy minced meat - sensational! Been not once and not twice and will be coming back as long as this ramen is to be served there! Sensibly priced, you will not be disappointed. Traditional plum wine that can go together with it, nicely complements the metal.
