Coming from the luxury corporate background, it is quite disappointing that I have to write this review as I have never felt so humiliated as a consumer by the employees at the iDream store in Kielce. I have purchased Apple products for years from the genuine Apple stores in the USA, Korea, and the UK, and all of my family members are apple users. Recently, I have moved to Poland that my Polish language ability is very basic but I am trying. With the great recommendations, I have decided to buy my AirPods pro from the reseller not the genuine Apple store as it is known to be the premium retailer in Poland. Despite having to get my AirPods repaired twice since five months from its purchase, I really appreciated the staffs speaking some English and making it hassle-free for the repair process. However, today I went in to pick up my AirPods, I have no idea but one of the employees started hysterically laughing. I am not certain if he was laughing at me trying to speak basic Polish or me being a foreigner in general or may have been something else; however, he started laughing as I was speaking. He tried to contain himself and walked away, but as soon as I walked out the store, I could hear him bursting out laughing and it did not sit well with me. As a consumer, this is the store that makes me feel like I am not valued when I am spending my money at their store. I am going to be living in Poland for a while that I was planning on buying upcoming iPhones, apple watches and MacBook pros throughout the years from this store, but unfortunately, once my warranty is up, I don't think I want to shop from this store ever again.

Panowie bardzo szybko i sprawnie doradzili mi w doborze odpowiedniego sprzętu dla mnie, poświęcili mi swoją uwagę oraz czas - dobrali odpowiedni sprzęt którego potencjał będę mógł wykorzystać w 100% z myślą o zakupie MacBooka Pro którego podzespołów nie wykorzystywałbym nawet w 50% Panowie doradzili mi zakup MacBooka Aira który w zupełności wystarcza do zakresu moich obowiązków i zadań które na nim wykonuje. Widać pasję oraz chęć pomocy klientowi którą ja zostałem obdarzony. Niedość, że zaoszczędziłem ok. 3 tysięcy złotych na zakupie MacBooka spełniającego moje wszelkie potrzeby to do otrzymałem rabat. Jak najbardziej polecam, po dłuższej rozmowie widać że pracują tam osoby które są pasjonatami oraz sami korzystają ze sprzętów marki Apple.

Kilka numerów do serwisu, a dzwonić można do oporu, a i tak nikt nie odbierze. Jestem zniesmaczona takim podejściem do klienta. Po kilkudziesięciu próbach w końcu się dodzwonilam by dowiedzieć się że po kilku dniach roboczych moje zgłoszenie nie zostało nawet ruszone
