Last week I had a really strange noise coming from my car, and managed to obtain an appointment at Bavaria Motors Katowice. As expat I was already really appreciating the very good level of English and helpfulness on the phone. When arriving we signed all the papers and agreed upon strategy to-follow, professional service and actions required. We agreed upon a diagnosis first still that same evening, and depending on that a decision to follow on the exact repair. However, when moving the car to the service, immediately it was put upon the bridge and it was diagnosed to have a lose wheel. This was fixed immediately and put to a small test-round, after which it became clear the problem was solved and I could take it home still during the intake-appointment. I insisted to pay at least for the half hour service, but the store was persisting on providing this service for free. Even a check-up on the wheel later on was offered. I was really enjoying this very great example of outstanding service and was after initial hesitation of putting the car into a garage abroad very very positively surprised! 5/5 for this customer service!

You have to know your way around to find the right exit from the dual carriage way. Not easy even for old BMW customers. I find the Bavaria service is mediocre and I wish there were more BMW dealerships in the vicinity.
