We have just finished our holiday and stay at Pod Cyprysami. It was lovely, peaceful and child friendly. Staff were welcoming. Place was clean and tidy. Food was delicious. 5 min walk to beach and 10 min walk to city centre. Would highly recommend!!! Definitely coming back here next year :)

Great place if you want to enjoy the outdoors (since the indoors is rather tiny-but sufficient). There usually is a nice crowd of people who like the water sports, or just the sea itself. You can grab your morning coffee or a bite at the ‚cantina/cafe/bistro’ at the camping ground, or make your own at ‚your place’. The tiny houses are clean, with a simple and modern design. And the sea is 5 minutes walk away...
Camping in Poland the campsites are cramped and there's a cuteness about prices, but at this site the showers are immaculate in fact in 20yrs camping I can say the shower experience was the best to date, hot water roomy non of that push timer nonsense, shower tidies, fully built cubicles, the site has bedronka on the doorstep and the beach and jastarnia centre not far away 5min walk station very close with connection to hel and gdynia the staff are welcoming and courteous and the prices are good value for hel peninsula, point of advice the electric hook up needs a 2 pin adapter as the sockets are regular Polish sockets not cable connections ,chalets and hostel on site too
great campsite! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and definitely be back. Food in campsite's restaurant was delicious, staff always so friendly and accommodating. We rented every day bikes which made it so easy to get to the city in less than 10 minutes. Also there is a big supermarket in front of the campsite, a big plus.

First time I rate a venue 1 star, such a pity, but the customer service has been awful. I forgot few items in the closet of our flat, I called after a couple of hours and reception told us they found nothing. I called again and reception told us they were going to check, we soon received a text informing that nothing was found. The morning after I called once again to ask to please check because the items I left were for sure there, reception informed us they were going to speak with the cleaning ladies and after a couple of hours I had to call back to know that in fact they found 3 items out of 5(!).We asked to have them sent to our home, on our expenses and after 3 weeks... nothing, we had to ask some friends who were in Hel to pick them up. In addition to this quite disappointing experience, the house was not suitable for toddlers and not as clean as it should have been. Not recommended.
Nice place,but very noisy,in tent impossible to sleep,music is playing whole night from sanitary building,toilets and showers quite dirty
