Great merchandise, reasonable prices, one star less for the staff who will only try to be helpful when you chase them and ask a question. You could be standing next to two of them engaged in a conversation and they would ignore you. From my experience this is true of all outlets in Poland

Great service, surprisingly desirable! We bought a heating element that was in the display before for a hefty discount. When it turned out that parts were missing, we aksed at this store if we could get somehow hold of those parts. The store staff was immediately on it, promised to take care of it, and made sure the missing parts were made available for us the following week. This is top level service and an example to follow! Great job!

Always queuing at checkout, strange procedures at service points like cutting wood items, mashines for billing out of order, no self-check out available. Back to the 80s

If you can go to Praktiker across the way instead. The staff at Leroy has crappy customer service. Only found one friendly employee willing to help in the bath section.

I purchased over 600zl of goods. When it came time to pay, the cashier decided to choose for me what type of money to pay with. It had clearly given me a choice between USD or PLN, and while I normally choose the PLN, I would have received a better rate if I chose the USD. To make it worse, the customer service people tried to tell us it was our fault the cashier did not give us an option. No apology or anything, and even the security officer got in on being rude and cursing us in Polish.
