This was our first stop and didn't know exactly what to expect but there's order throughout and not just put on a shelf and they offered a great selection! The ladies were helpful and offered to take an order. The kids area is a life saver! This is tied for the top spot.

This was my first stop on my Pottery shopping route. I was a little nervous coming here because I had read you'd need to get there early in the day to avoid the crowds. I was driving from North Eastern Poland to get here so I was thinking It would be swamped at 1. Got here, the ladies were so nice. The shop was not crowded, and everything had order to it. It wasn't just thrown on a shelf. They had some of the best variety I'd see all day. I loved how attentive the young lady was at the register, she was so nice and SOOO helpful. She helped me find more of the polka dot pattern I was looking for-- let me know if I wanted more I could email them with a picture and they could see what they could do for me. They have two stores, and she even said she could call the second store for me! I will definitely be back here for sure! You'll find a lot of great patterns here, a lot of different varieties.

We went to 7 stores. Henry's was the best for two reasons. 1. The selection. It was expansive in both designs and item types. It had small, medium, large, and extra large of (bowls, plates, cups, etc) and it had them in multiple patterns. Henry's had items we didn't see anywhere else (we went to 7 stores). 2. The layout. Henry's does not stack items so the customer can see similar items in 8-10 patterns at once. It allows for easy comparison and decision making. Henry's had a kid play \area\ right when you come in the door. It's useful to occupy a 1 and 3 year old, but you'll need to supervise them closely. One parent needs to stay with the kids, but in a day of shopping where the kids are told not to touch it was nice to say \go ahead and play.\ If you have only time to go to one area stop at Henry's and then visit the store next door and around the corner (walking distance).

The store itself was phenomenal!! For this reason I give 2 stars. HOWEVER... the two ladies that were working there on the day we visited were exceptionally rude. Not sure if they don't like Americans?? I really can't think of anything we could have done to warrant their unsavory behavior? We asked for suggestions and were treated like our request was just such an inconvenience. We brushed it off and thought that maybe the \attitude\ was just a cultural difference. Later we asked is there was a bottom part available to a teapot and before we could finish the question, a very quick and annoyed \No\! was given. We ended up purchasing from another store because the complete lack of warmth was unsettling. Hopefully those girls were just having a rough day and that isn't a recurring theme from the shop.

This store has such a grand assortment of pottery in so many patterns and variations. Make sure you visit upstairs for even more treats such as baskets that are unique!
