Absolutely shameful quality of the food. Never had rice this bad in sushi. Must be 3 days old at least. Supermarket sushi is better than this. Shame on the owner and the kitchen staff for respecting their work so little that they serve their customers this health hazard of a food. Supermarket sushi is better than this.

Do NOT get the Pad Thai!! I've had lots of bad Pad Thai in Poland sadly, but this takes the cake. Their 'Pad Thai' seems to just be fettuccine (not even rice noodles!!) with vegetables. Wrong texture, not any of the right sauce ingredients and generally dry and...lumpy. Very disappointing, couldn't even finish. I'm so sorry I ordered 2 of them. The sushi was good, generous with ingredients, thank goodness because they're much pricier than others, but I've had equally good sushi for less in Krakow. The best Haiku has to offer seems to be their fried shrimp. They were really great, big juicy shrimp, without the tails. If I ever order again, it will be to get these guys. If anything, Haiku should remove the Pad Thai from their menu till they learn to make it right. It's really bringing down their reputation.
Delivery arrived too late. It was typing 80 minutes, but it came to 120 minutes. I paid by paypal and they asked what is paypal, they did not know about paying with paypal. Sushi was very standard, rice was not fresh. Again order? No never
We’ve ordered the first time and we’re totally satisfied! I can admit that everything looks fabulous and tastes fresh and delicious! Of course I’ll order more!

I had a very good experience with Haiku. It was my first time ordering sushi with them. The estimated delivery time (before I paid, so I could cancel my order if the delivery time was too long) was two and a half hours. But we received our order in an hour and a half on Friday night, which in my opinion was really fast considering their demand and workload. Everything was super delicious and we will definitely be returning customers. Keep up the good work! :)
Total lack of taste! Also lack of ginger, soy sauce and wasabi with delivered sushi. Which is ridiculous cause there's even no option to order wasabi and ginger. For sure you can get better sushi for this price. I don't recommend.
