We can NOT recommend this company. After a long long time, trying friendly to get our money from them we now have no other choice, then to WARN everyone who wants to buy a car there: -very unprofessional way to treat clients -their hotline is not available most of the time -The busses we got from them had many failings, for example the AC wasnt fixed to the compressor, they just left the lines in the engine cover, unconnected, because they didn't know how to connect. This is how they sell their cars and busses. -Quality is horrible -if you complain you will just simply be ignored by the whole team -no company Boss to talk to, like they said, we can not talk to the boss -we never saw any of our money again that we lost by getting hundreds of kilometers to the adress of the company and leaving without the promised service - we bought 2 Mercedes Busses and 1 MAN (!!) and thought about buying more in the future IF the service and everything would have been fine. But it seems like the Sales Manager Marcin Gregorowicz not wants to make money at all. He just treats you like a fool. -we buy and sell a lot of busses every year, but this company is the worst we EVER had the pleasure to meet, honestly, like a big bad joke! Beware of this company!

Są różne firmy robiace zabudowy busów. Jeszcze parę lat temu można było mieć sporo uwag do Mercus. Na dzień dzisiejszy najlepsza firma w tej części Europy jak nie dalej. Wszystko w pzyjacielskiej atmosferze 100% profesjonalizmu i co najważniejsze bez zbędnego czarowania jak to ma miejsce w jednej z nadmorskich firm. Szacun dla MERCUS. Termin! Jakość zabudowy! Obsługa! Brawo. Tak trzymać!
