Great deals via on line and very welcoming but please be warned they will sell you insurance for this and that and also when you drop the car off they will check the car like needle in a hay stack.. I have given 4 due to the fact we was rushed and made to wait over 2 hours when dropping the car off as we didnt want to leave the keys and get a lift by some random park guy ??... Just make sure u take photos videos and anything even there names are all the same... Good when you have lots of evidence but shame if you dont.. Good Luck.. I know they need to make profit but shame they go the wrong away about it...

Avoid at all costs. (WROCLAW POLAND). Offering a free shuttle within \5 minutes\ as their branch is in the middle of nowhere... we were left freezing for almost 30 minutes and were continually assured they'd be on their way as we had to keep calling. My wallet was stolen earlier that day and I had no credit card so offered the full deposit and excess 1000 in cash to which they refused. My partner had a credit card but they refused that too. They refused to transfer the booking into my partner's name too. The whole booking was only 27 and they refused to refund it despite numerous emails to the branch and hq support team. Quite simply the worst level of customer service from any car hire I've ever experienced. No compassion or care for their customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Pay the little extra for a reputable car hire company and one based at the airport not this toy town company who have no idea how to treat their customers.
We had some concerns because of all negative reviews, but we had friendly service and no extra charges. We got a nearly new car and were very happy that we booked here :)
I've used them quite a few times already and I can honestly recommend them. They have a really good prices, never failed me down with a pick up/drop off to the airport along with the car collection/drop off. It's always been hassle-free. Really good service!
Fantastic service, amazing price. We were met very quickly at the airport and were able to pick up our car within only ten minutes. The service was efficient, polite and far exceeded expectations. The staff adapted to our needs with no hassle and we are really grateful for such amazing service at such a good price. Overall this was amazing value.
The car we drove ran perfectly and was flexible with me and my partner picking up the car earlier then we booked! They were really nice and understanding and I'm totally going to use them again soon. Thank you!
Nice service. Rented a car there once. No cheating. But I always buy a full coverage from booking.
