The few times I needed something, they had it. I even got (completely unexpectedly) some fluorescent acrylic paint and now I'm decorating my child's room with stars and planets. And whatever else we like. :)

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, really well stocked up shop. Worth giving them a call to check if they have what you need in stock. Well recommended.

Horrible customer service at this particular Storm, just horrible. One same lady (whose name is Agnieszka, If I'm not mistaken) is always angry, always grumpy, always does you a favor by showing you this or that... Complained to her boss when treated that disrespectfully again on the 2nd visit (spending huge amounts there every time) - no \sorry\ followed, although the boss-lady tried to smooth it out. Very inconvenient store: all paints are behind the counter - you've got to ask to see one or another, and it's not easy with such attitude towards a client. Didn't ask me for a Storm card, so paid extra 8%, distracted by ill treatment.
