Wheelchair-accessible entrance
The station is a station. On this station you will find some rails and also you will see trains as it is a train station. Sometimes the trains make loud noises but that's okay because they are trains. The rails are made of metal which I consider to be very good. Great quality. I really do not like plastic rails. So this is just premium. The floor is mostly made of concrete and paving stones. They intended to reach a premium quality floor but they did not achieve this goal as some stones are not 100% aligned and there are some potholes. But you can accept it because nothing and nobody is perfect. Sometimes you can find pure beauty in imperfection. Unfortunately in this case you don't. The trains are also made of metal, but the interior of some older trains is made of wood. You can still have a nice ride and enjoy the eastern european experience to the fullest when you hop on an old train at Politechnika station. If you are still reading this text then you are just awesome. I hope to meet you at this beautiful SKM station. :)

Przydałaby sie wreszcie jakaś modernizacja, bo obok calkiem schludnego peronu z windą i piętrzacych sie obok biurowców z drugiej strony mamy popękaną dróżkę i sypiący się kiosk z biletami, który nie zmienil się od chyba 30 lat.
Mała wiata dla podróżnych, automat biletowy. Slabo oznakowane wyjsvua z peronów. Schody nie remontowane od lat. jest winda. Nie sprawdzałem czy działa. Z racji dużych potoków podróżnych dojścia do peronów nie spełniają warunków wystarczającej przepustowości. Zwraca uwagę zabytkowa oryginalna kasa biletowa z czasów powstania SKM.
Nocą robi wrażenie
Bardzo słabe zachowanie pana sprzedającego bilety, mimo iż widział kilka razy to nie podszedł sprzedać biletu, a wywieszki że przerwa nie było, dopiero podszedł ja zaczęła robić się kolejka, bardzo nieladnie

Peron porażka najgorzej jak pada.
