3 months after I return my rental car did I get a bill for clean sand from back seat of the car. It seems like no reason for use special company to clean car because of this sand. The cleaning was done 2,5 months after I return the car. Since it is not Budget how are running this rental car in Poland, but a company represent Budget (Van Ameyde) you will not get any help contact Budget with your complain. They also deduct my deposit for extra driver even they say it not cost extra when I rent the car. If you want a carefree renting you should avoid this company.

Very dishonest agency and certainly the worst of the area. Check the condition of the vehicle very carefully before signing their \vehicle condition document\ as they are more or less always false and incomplete. They shall try to make you pay for repairs when returning the car.

Returned the car with the full tank but after returning home noticed they still charged me. Avoid Budget...had similar situation when car renting in Italy, came home to be surprised by a 660 euros charge.

Wir haben für unsere Zwillinge zwei Autositze gemietet. Es hatte nur noch einen sehr alten Autositz und eine Babyschale, welche zu klein ist für unsere Kinder. Da wir keine anderer Wahl hatten, nahmen wir die Sitze. Bei der Montage konnte uns auch niemand helfen und es gab keine Anleitung. Die Sitze waren nicht billige und ich finde, die Firma spart am falschen Ort.

Miesiąc po wynajmie zostałem obciążony kwotą 98.40zł. Opłata ta nie jest za mandat ktory oczywiście muszę zapłacić (wysokość mandatu 100zł.) ale za jego obsługę (obsluga przekazanie informacji do Głównego Inspektoratu Transportu Drogowego).
