They are SO helpful. They picked up the phone even on a Sunday and helped me find the bus stop at the airport, and they also replied to my email. Another time they also let me change a station free of charge cause I’d made a mistake. Always on time, with friendly and helpful drivers and clean buses.

Great service from Poland to Berlin. Using the private transfer service. Lovely lady driving.
Avoid at all cost. They are absolutely terrible and don't have any respect for their customers. Customer service either hang up (same person multiple times) or only information they have that bus is late but cannot tell me where and when it arrives. Also better dont be late on your bus because first they will not call you if you make it or not and secondly they will lie in your face they did call but you did not answer. Terrible experience and if you have a choice even if more expensive don't think twice.
very nice organized transportation service. one of the best I never had. I am using them connection from 4 years ago szz to Berlin.them buses very clean and the drivers are so friendly and full of helpful.everytime I travel I collect points so i can change them with some gifts. 2 times my flight delayed and easily they change my trip to next bus without any extra charge. one time bus was not have maybe proper identify label and I had called them asking where is my bus and I explained that I'm waiting in the designated location they apologized and after 20 min the send to me bussnice privet car. really they are know how to running the business with 5 star service.
Keep away from both companies (Follow Me & Flixbus) for their bad services.
Train was not for 3 hours so I took the bus instead. Had not booked but there was room and it wasn't expensive.
