Looking for a flat for one year, meeting during this period so many agents, intermediaries, or other „pseudo-specialists”, Adam is “the one that makes the difference”- always kind, always a pleasant word, answering on time, patient and understanding when facing with stressful situations we required his help. He’s got a really deep knowledge of laws, rules of credits and banking. Having Adam with you makes your life so easy and “cherry on the cake”, Adam brings this rare human talent to make you smiling, making you feeling comfortable. Several months after buying my flat I only remember Adam as an important person that played a key role allowing us to achieve our project. Finishing this comment and remembering that period of work with Adam, I remind the so many pleasant details like gifts we received and free flat insurance for the first year we got thanks to him. Lucky you if you will have to deal with Adam. Last but not least I would like to mention Dominik Surma that was always efficient, clear in her explanations, quickly answering and fixing any difficulty when fulfilling bank documents. Being foreigner and going through a buying flat process in Poland sounds like something hard to achieve. Lucky us we could count on the help of Doradza.pl: Adam explained us what we need to know from a layman perspective, what document to provide and answered all of our questions. With the help of Katarzyna we visited few flats until we found the one we really liked. Finally, Dominika took in charge all the correspondance with the banks. W ofercie pani Barbary Chruszcz jako głównie zdjęcie oferty zostało umieszczone zdjęcie nie pochodzące z oferowanego mieszkania. Właściwie to zdjęcie wnętrza pochodziło z innej nieruchomości a za oknem zostało wklejone zdjęcie widoku z faktycznie oferowanego mieszkania. Poniżej załączam rzeczone zdjęcie, faktyczne zdjęcie mieszkania, zdjęcie widoku z mieszkania i zdjęcie budynku z zewnątrz. Uważam że takie praktyki są poniżej jakiejkolwiek krytyki.

Pani Agnieszka Ziemba sprawnie przeprowadziła nas przez wszystkie formalności związane z uzyskaniem kredytu hipotecznego na zakup domu. Fachowo i zrozumiale wyjaśniła na spotkaniu wszystkie zagadnienia z tym związane. Przygotowała nam różne opcje, żebyśmy mogli wybrać najkorzystniejszą dla nas. Polecam. Pan Adam Paczos kompleksowo zajął się sprzedażą naszego mieszkania. Ogarnął wszystko od początku do końca na wzór zagranicznych agentów. Mieszkanie zostało przez jego fachowców wyremontowane pod okiem projektanta wnętrz, wysprzątane, a świetne zdjęcia i film, sprawiły, że wyróżniało się bardzo pozytywnie na tle innych ogłoszeń. Prezentacje prowadzone były fachowo, za każdym razem otrzymałam informację zwrotną. Komunikacja pomiędzy nami była bardzo sprawna. Usługa obejmowała również pomoc przy zawieraniu umowy sprzedaży, gdzie wykazał się świetną znajomością tematu. Polecam.
