Go to Bar Krab for experience rather then food. It's not that the food is bad, but it's exactly as you would expect from old-school bar and here we come to the essence. The taste took me 20 years back to PRL fish bars by Baltic Sea (as far as I can remember): plain breaded and fried on the cheapest oil fresh (just defrosted) fish and chips, plain side beetroot salad and that's it. Plus you will see real locals from the hood here. The open view on a small, dirty parking place makes the picture complete. No need to go to the sea side - you can have same fish here in Bar Krab :)

What a great experience. Clearly the restaurant hasn't changed since the 70's. Food is excellent, pricing is good. Well worth a few visits.
Wrocław's best fish and chip restaurant. The fish is delicious. I can particularly the recommend the halibut.
