Ratusz w Chełmży jest neogotyckim budynkiem wzniesionym w stylu, jaki władze pruskie stosowały dla budynków publicznych. Znajduje się przy ulicy Hallera, na narożniku rynku Garncarskiego, który w przeszłości był północną pierzeją głównego Rynku. Był wybudowany w latach 1897-1900, posiada dwie reprezentacyjne fasady, jedną od strony ul. Hallera i drugą od strony rynku. Obecnie ratusz jest siedzibą władz miejskich Chełmży. - The town hall in Chełmża is a neo-Gothic building erected in the style that the Prussian authorities used for public buildings. It is located at Hallera Street, on the corner of Pottery Square, which in the past was the northern frontage of the main Market Square. It was built in 1897-1900, has two representative facades, one from the street. Haller and the other from the market. Currently, the town hall is the seat of the city authorities of Chełmża.
