Great service. This guy was pleasant in communication, lightning fast and helpful. I came with old watch, which appeared to be not repearable, and go out with new one, ideally matching my requirements. Except I got what I wanted, it was interesting and surprisingly warm talk.

Good and quick service for fair price.
The best watch repair specialist in Wrocław. I had my leather watch strap changed there as the original one was pretty worn off. Not only Adam has promptly changed it, he’s also polished my watch, checked its battery and changed two tiny springs which had gone too loose. I have paid 100 złotych in total and can rest assured my watch can keep ticking another godzillion years. Adam speaks fluent English, he is very polite and considerate. Look no further if you need to have something done well and quickly.
This guy overcharged me just for changing a wristband of an omega watch and his only comment was „come on it is omega!?” so what is the difference between a non brand watch and a branded watch?! like sorry it shouldve been service for free for future work and services of the watch together. like come on get your shi* together! dont go there or to any of his branches you’ll be disappointed.
