Very helpful and willing to think with you. Competive prices and the car was great too. They made no problem of me having to drive it cross the border. Only downside is the extra costs for passing a certain amount of KM, but it makes total sense.

Excellent location, good and clean cars and the guy at the desk was extremely friendly and kind. Only we could not find info of the daily km limit at the time of booking in the website, and realised it only at the office when signing the contract and had to pay an extra. In any case the total price was very competitive. Thanks for the service
Negative experience. They charged me 2000 pln, claiming that I caused damages to the car, but didn't have any proof or photos how it looked before. Plus, the Auto ran out of one of the fuel liquids after a few hours- needed to buy and instal on my own cost. Would never come back there. חייבו אותי ללא הוכחת נזק באלפיים זולטי. לא אחזור לשם לעולם.

Excellent location in Krakow train station, the only car rental company actually located in the train station. Very friendly & professional service with great prices and a great selection of cars. I highly recommend Centrum Rent a Car during your visit to Krakow.

We are very disappointed with your review, because it is not about us, it is about your unfortunate experience at the bus station MDA, which is down to yourself, not our company. You collected the car from Krakow train station PKP and you should bring it back there. If you would use Google maps, it would bring you to the right place. You drove into a bus station which is prohibited and you left the car there. You were very aggressive and thanks to our staff, the security did not ring the police. We had to pay the fine before we could move our car from the bus station. We don't make those rules, the bus station MDA is a separate company to ours, therfore you should leave the bad review for them. You are advertising a different rental company on our page (we reported it to Google) and you are using a photo which does not belong to you. This photo is not showing our company, it was sent to you as proof that you can't enter the bus station. Kind regards, Centrum rent a car
Все прошло отлично !Нам достался Фиат 500, сначала расстроились что ничего другого нет,но машина хорошая .Ездили на ней в Закопане ,можно брать ! Заблокировали на карте 1000 злотых ,вернули их в день возврата авто .В машине было половина бака бензина ,вернули так же. Машина новая ,чистая .Парень ,который нас обслуживал приятный ,вежливый .Так держать !Если следовать его инструкциям ,то вы найдёте парковку возврата без проблем !Цена значительно дешевле чем в других местах аренды .
