Part 1 I've rented cars before but I have never experienced such a terrible situation. I rented a Skoda Citigo for one month to go to Italy and on the very first day I discovered that the headlights were not working, so it was not possible to travel in the evening/night. When I called the infolinia they pretended not to speak/understand english and they just suggested me to write an email! No advices or other suggestions. When I wrote an email with all the details after visiting the mechanic (it's a problem linked to the light switch, so they gave us a car with a serious working problem) they didn't reply, so I kept the car without headlights for the whole month. Last but not least my family time in Italy was compromised and I made many changes to my travel agenda because of this big problem with the car. The car also had another problemproblemn during the trip, but this time the infolinia told us what to do. Overall, they should never have rented us this car with so many technical problems. Part 2 The second time that I rented the car everything worked perfectly. I rented a Skoda Fabia and it Is perfect for a week-end holiday. The guy was really nice and I had no problems. I recommend. 3 stars because of the Part 1 unlucky experience.

Getting my car was fast and easy. A good customer service.
I used this company first time.I have been fed up with some car rental companies on the airport(well known) as they over charge for everything and not care about customer... I rented car for 8 days (with 2 car seats for children that cost 10zl each per day with full insurance and return dirty car option). I rented from Poznan and returned back in Warsaw(with not any extra charge for it like in the different companies...). All experience was really good. We only had small communication problems but when I called on the assistance 24h phone number that was provide to me they did help me and sort it out issues. I will use this company again in the future.
I strongly recommend TopCars. Very good service. Good contact with customer service. My car was even delivered day before without extra charge. Good job guys!

we always rent a car from TOP Cars, extra insurance cost only 20 PLN per day which give us peace of mind, when returning car. Never been charged extra penny after returning car. Highly recommended . Nina and Rafal
They have an English website but when we tried to contact the company by phone call in English, they put us on hold and then didn't answer to phone calls again. They don't speak English but advertise in English. Sorry but I must give one star because of it.
I got “upgraded” and instead of a sedan got a 7-seater. It was less comfortable for my trip. Car was also a bit weary - you could see it was exploited a lot.
