Used it twice - once everything was top notch, nothing to complain about. The second time I meant to return a car at 8:00, however the point was closed, although the opening times from 8:00. An employee has been waiting along, for the branch manager to come with keys to open the door. The manager came 30 min late, smiling and not being bothered at all to rush. Once asked for the reason for his delay, he laughed and explained, that for him 30 min isn't a big deal. Of course it would be a deal for someone who's getting late for a flight, the manager did not seen to have enough brain capacity to comprehend that idea.
