The man who was there was so bad for us. We weren’t speaking Polish, he was so rude to us . And , It repeated for 2 times also he wasn’t kind and spoke strictly to my another friend too.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! As the last 2 reviewers suggest, the level of 'serwis' from this place is even worse than their level of 'customer service'. They take as much money from you as possible and are rude to you while they do it!! The first time I used them, I was overcharged the agreed price for new tyres. The second time I used them, I asked for a basic service - they tried to add on a new chain (it doesn't need changing!) and a new set of gears (they don't need changing!). They also tried to charge extra to clean the chain, which left me wondering what is actaully covered in the cost of a basic service?? When I collected my bike, they had barely touched it and had not done what they agreed. The only thing they had done was to poorly clean the chain (80 zł - they tried to charge me 120 zł) and change the brake pads (an extra 100 zł). They did not clean the rust , as I asked, or anything else on the bike. I am still yet to meet their mechanic! Furthermore, they were rude and spoke to me as if I was an idiot!! I then had to wait whilst the rude shop attendent cleaned the rust from my brake discs after I spoke with his boss on the phone (I asked for the rust to be removed at the beginning of the agreement). At first I thought it may just be because my Poliish is not yet fluent (Uczę się polskiego), but now I relaise they're just taking as much of people's money as they can - what in English we call \daylight robbery\ - whilst seriously lacking in politeness. Polecam?? Nie!!

Podczas wypożyczenia nart nawet bardzo miły i pomocny Pan z obsługi, niestety przy oddaniu wmawiano mi, że zniszczyłam kijki, a wyglądały zupełnie tak samo jak wcześniej, to znaczy były tak samo mocno zniszczone (a zapłaciłam za nowszy sprzęt). Szkoda, że tak mocno różniły się moje odczucie co do sklepu przy wypożyczeniu i oddaniu nart.

Przyszłam po letnie skarpetki rowerowe. Pan mi dał skarpetki, wyglądały na trochę grube, więc się upewniam czy na pewno to są skarpetki na lato. Właściciel sklepu zapewnił, że tak. Kupiłam, zaraz również założyłam i się w nich ugotowałam. Patrzę na opakowaniem, a tam opis skarpetki do narciarstwa biegowego z włóknami wełny. Proszę Pana narciarstwo biegowe to raczej w zimie się uprawia i raczej nie ma nic wspólnego z letnim jeżdżeniem na rowerze. Ja już nigdy więcej nic u Pana nie kupię i dzisiejsze zdarzenie opowiedziałam już dziś 5 osobom, podkreślając, aby się nawet do tego sklepu nie zbliżali i opisałam na FB. Ile Pan zarobił wciskając mi te skarpetki??? Opłacało się???

Beznadziejne miejsce mentalnie w głębokiej komunie. Zostałem nacięty na serwis, który ostatecznie kosztował 200 zł więcej niż wstępne ustalenia, a i tak po nim mam źle ustawione przerzutki. Opryskliwe i niemiłe odpowiedzi, a to i tak dopiero po zazwyczaj wielu minutach czekania, aż łaskawie się ktoś pofatyguje \obsłużyć\. Patobiznes w podobnym stylu jak patostrimerzy i patodeweloperka. Lepiej poszukać innego miejsca, bo w okolicy nie brakuje o wiele przyjemniejszych miejsc.
