Amazing quality and customer experience! We’ve ordered 6 different boxes of chocolates including pralines, truffles and others. The taste is a very personal thing but for me their products are spot on. The ingredients list is as expected and the variety they offer is great. In addition, they were amazing when it comes to online order. It was smooth and the parcel was delivered quickly. We noticed that one box of chocolates seemed missing. After emailing to confirm if that’s possible we got a parcel sent with the missing box - no questions asked (in addition it contained an extra small bar of chocolate which was a very nice touch). I understand that the price point is higher than a basic supermarket box of chocolates but I find there’s quality behind it. It’s a great gift a great way to support local Polish brands. I wish them all the best and hope they will grow to be listed between brands like Lindt or Fazer.
