Lovely traditional food, fresh and tasty, much cheaper than at restaurants in the old town. Cozy dining area upstairs. Very popular with locals and tourists, that's why is getting busy at times, and you need to be patient in a queue. But we still went there several times and tried different local meals. I would recommend the chain of Milk Bars to those travelling on a budget.
We went here to get some pierogi, which we thought would be good as the bar was full of people. We heard the milk bars are really good, however this is not the case. The pierogi were huge, and did not taste good. We had the cabbage and mushroom ones, but you could not pick out a mushroom taste in it and the cabbage lost all its taste. Additionally, I ordered pickles on the side. Listen I am a huge lover of pickles and this was the worst ones I have ever had in my life. Overstated, weird plastic taste, never again.

I didn’t expect any special from the meal here but meat was really awful. Try to avoid „kotlet schabowy” but the soup was nice.
This is a brilliant little “Milk Bar”. Gorgeous tasty filling local hot food and great range of drinks....beers coffee soft drinks. What a lovely spot to eat and watch the world go by. It’s full of locals. It’s spotlessly clean bright welcoming decor. Excellent value. Super close to main Gdansk attractions. Great fast service.

Awful food, in tomato soup they put vinegar or at least I hope it was vinegar not rotten... I'm having nightmares from their sour sauce they pour on smashed potatoes... Never again
