It's a very busy place. The service is slow and the customers are queueing blocking the passage to the sitting area. You can hardy blame the staff that works there. They seem to be moving very fast, they are kind and polite but short-staffed. The place is not fit to accommodate that many passengers who just want their drink and go.

Nice place to stay - food and coffees are ok - prices are really high even for the quality and service. Water, Cake with creme and large coffee is approx. 12 Euros

Nice spot to relax while waiting for your flight. Airport prices off course but good service and options.

Crazy expensive place, probably the most expensive bottle of very average water I ever bought. Visited because nearly everything else was closed as my flight was a night one. Coffee was good, sandwich was ok but definitely not worth its price. At least the café has a good view and comfortable chairs.

The biggest rip off I’ve seen. Two coffees, a small Greek salad and two waters were 85z or 18!!!!

The coffee and snacks you can get are ok, however they are very expensive. A regular americano will cost you 17.5zł. The staff is polite and helpful and you can find many plugs if you need them. Chairs are comfortable by there is no WiFi or it’s of terrible quality.

Nice stop before your flight. Good coffee, comfy chairs and plenty of electric plugs.

When you're paying this much for your food and drink you would think you would get a little better service, instead of a huff, a puff and an eye roll for asking them to fill your glass more than halfway. Not a nice way to end your experience of Krakow.
