Rent a car more than 1 month ago and now Avis took me 2 days in a row the value that I paid in the beggining. Try to call all day, nobody pick up, website don't work. Worst service!!!

Extremely poor customer experience. There was a substantial extra charge that we were not made aware of and their customer service is completely nonexistent. I got cut off after being on hold over half an hour three times and so far no one has responded to emails either.. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Complete desaster! First the employee tried to give me a much smaller car than booked. After I intervened, miraculously the right car was available after all. The vehicle was not in the best shape due to its high mileage, but I didn't mind cause I had no excess fees booked. I had a voucher with a fixed rate. The contract he made me sign (in Polish not in English) had some items listed as extras I already paid for. The second driver was included in my voucher. Nevertheless I had to pay extra for the second driver. After I dropped the car of and asked the employee whether or not he needs anything else from me, he told me that everything was fine and I could leave. Just 20 min. later I reseeved an email with a list of damages I supposedly caused at the vehicle, wich I didn't! A full adjustment of the damages, a calculation of the costs and a bunch of cellphe pics in 20 min. The photos I reseeved were to dark and I couldn't see a thing. That's scetchy an unprofessional. Although thanks to the fact I had booked o excess fees\ I wasn't charged with any costs for the damages the car already had before. But I was charged 245 Zł for some stuff I already payed for! Highly unprofessional. Highly suspicious. Never again!

Book a Mercedes and get a Kia which is the “same or higher” class for them. Typical unpleasant staff and lack of customer friendly solution.
