I went to this garage as it was the closest Vw service center I could find. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN LIRES RIPPED ME OFF I knew what my cars problem was but when they ask if I wanted a diagnostic test done I said no so they then told me they had no time to fix it. However when I said ok to paying more money for the test they suddenly had time to fix it. I had already told them what part needed to be replaced however after their test the manager sworn black and blue that it was not the part I said and they replaced a different part. Stupidly after I paid and drove off I inspected the old part in the box which I asked to keep and found it was indeed the part I said. THEY CHARGED 4 Hours LABOUR FOR 1 hours JOB plus test I didn't need in total 700 more than I should have paid LIRES
